Since moving to a more metropolitan area (I suppose that is what you would call Norfolk...), I have purchased these books every year. They pay for themselves very quickly. The Norfolk version has many automotive coupons to help with those oil changes, hundreds of restaurant coupons (mostly B1G1), and coupons for local and internet shops.
